This is a delicious meal I made from this book. It takes only 4 ingredients. Super easy, light and surprisingly filling and flavorful.
Ingredients:
3-4 cabbage leaves
1 avocado
1 tomato
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Prep:
chop tomato and avocado
mix in 1 tbsp dijon mustard
you should have enough to fill 3-4 cabbage leaves
wrap and eat.
This is a yummy dish with the crispy cool cabbage leaves, spicy dijon and creamy avocado. Makes a great combination.
