Yes that is my Vi shake mix that I have twice a day and yes I am eating my shake with a spoon. After my mid- morning workout this hit the spot.
Shake in a bowl
2 scoops Vi Shake
ice
half avo
half banana
almond milk
handful of spinach
Blend
Garnish with almond slivers
This was so rich and creamy and thick that I had to use a spoon. A nice change when it comes to drinking your shakes.
I have been very consistent and determined to lose weight. I am proud to report I have dropped 3 pounds in my first week.
