Portabella

This recipe is easy and healthy. I like to make this dish when my husband is out of town and need a filling quick dish.
Recipe
2 large portabella mushrooms, stems and gills removed
1/2 cup salsa
2 tbsp green onions, chopped
1/8 cup low fat mozarella
2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Place mushrooms upside down on baking tray and top with salsa, green onions and cheese. sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.

Wow! That looks really good. I would have to use a vegan cheese but thank you so much. I bet it would be good with a marinara inside too. Thank you, thank you!
